Register for FoSC 2017

• Early bird registration (until 9th October) - Fifteen thousand (₦15, 000)
• Late registration - Twenty thousand Naira (₦20,000)
• International participants: early registration - One hundred and fifty Dollars ($150)
• International participants: late registration - Two hundred Dollars ($200)
• Undergraduate students with Identity Card - Three Thousand Naira (₦3,000)
• Students with Identity Card - Five thousand Naira (₦5,000)
• International Students with Identity Card - Fifty Dollars ($50)
• Corporate body - Thirty thousand Naira (₦30,000)

Conference Registration is now open and all those who have submitted abstracts are required to register for the conference. Note that you do not need to submit an abstract before registering for the conference. Registration can be done by completing the form below and then making payment

Payment Options:

• PAYMENT IN THE BANK / BANK TRANSFER / INTERNET BANKING / ATM TRANSFER

  1. Complete the conference Registration form and click the submit button.
  2. Write down the registration ID and our account number
  3. Visit your to pay or use your own internet banking or ATM tranfer for the payment. Make sure that your REGISTRATION ID is used as your PAYMENT REFERENCE.

• PAYMENT BY SALARY DEDUCTION. THIS OPTION IS FOR LASU STAFF ONLY.

  1. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SUBMITTED THE SALARY DEDUCTION FORM BEFORE SEPTEMBER 2017, GO TO STEP (d) below
     a. Obtain the salary deduction form (get a copy from your HOD, DEAN or Dr. Anthony Ojekale).
     b. Complete and submit the salary deduction to Dr. Ojekale.
     c. At the end of the month, your payslip should show that conference deduction has been made
     d. Complete and submit the conference Registration form.
     e. Print your receipt and proof of payment
