Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Office during the period under review undertake the following:

PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Commencement of the construction of a 3-Storey College of Agricultural Science Building at Epe Campus
  • Commencement of the construction of a 2-Storey Centre for Organic Agriculture and Green Economy Building at Epe Campus.
  • Commencement of the construction of a Centre for Entrepreneurship Studies at Ojo Campus.

TETFUND SPONSORSHIP FOR INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN AUDITORIUM

As part of its commitments to the development of Lagos State University, the Fund dim it fit to select Lagos State University as a beneficiary of the year 2016 Zonal Intervention to the tune of three hundred million naira (N300, 000, 000.00) only for the construction of a 500 sitting capacity, fully furnished auditorium.
The process for the construction of this auditorium has begun and it shall be completed before the end of 2018.

TETFUND SPONSORSHIP FOR LIBRARY INTERVENTION

As part of the submissions to TETFund in the year 2017, the sum of Eighty-Four Million Naira (N84, 000, 000.00) only was approved for the University for the procurement of various titles of books and journals; procurement of ebooks on Lexis Nexis Academic Online, EBSCO Host Database and Hein Online International Call; procurement of Library Furniture etc.
